Phil introduced me to Dustin & Dan who answered all of my many questions. Dustin made sure the bike fit me and they even matched my budget.
Becka helped get me the gear I needed to be safe and was so patient with me. She was honest and even taught me a lot - like trusting her with sizing! My helmet felt too tight at first but she reassured me to keep waiting a little bit because it would loosen up some and she wanted me to be properly fit so that I’m protected. Sure enough, she was right! All my gear feels perfect now!
Financing and the paperwork with Daniel went smoothly and again, all of my questions were answered.
The whole time I had my 2.5 year old who is fascinated by motorcycles. Towards the end he was getting tired and was hard to keep up with. But with the help of the Republic team, I was able to seal the deal. Nobody ever complained of my wild one and in fact, they made him feel welcome, too! He’s already looking to purchase his very own. 😉
The learn to ride class was also a blast! John & Sam made sure to teach the class in a way that everyone could understand. It was tiring but oh so worth it! They were both of great help, especially to us new learners!
I wanted to wait to get my new bike delivered for a little bit and that was absolutely no problem. When I was ready, Dustin made it happen. Delivery by ? Was perfect and he even called me to tell me what time he should be there to drop it off.
All in all, I will recommend everyone to Republic Harley Davidson because of the VIP treatment and truly feeling like I’m part of the family now! I thank everyone who was involved in this process!
I went to Republic today for the 15K service on my 2020 Triglide Ultra. I called and spoke with Edgar the other day and made an appointment for 900am. I got the a few minutes late but that was not issue. Met with Edgar who confirmed what was going to be done. He promptly took the bike back to the service department. About 2 hours later, the service was complete and the bike was brought around. Not only was it serviced but it had been washed as well. Edgar explained what was done and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed. He definitely makes sure customers are taken care and satisfied. But not just Edgar. I have dealt with others in the service department before. They all provide excellent customer service.
While waiting for my bike to be serviced, I went to the parts department inquiring about a driver backrest. Danny helped me out today. Told him what I wanted, he worked some magic on the computer and moments later came back with the backrest and hardware I needed. Since, I was not in a hurry, Danny took the to talk to me about LED lights for the bike. I'm not talking about under glow lights either. He was should me some LED lights for the turn signals and the brake lights. Not only do these lights look great but they are very functional making riding safer.
Danny and Edgar are the only two I really interacted with today. However, I have interacted with a number of employee over the years and have never been disappointed. Edgar, Danny and the others at Republic Harley-Davidson provide excellent customer service. Republic Harley-Davidson has been and always will be my go to dealership. Thanks again for the great work you all do.
I had an awesome experience with The Republic. I have been looking for an older model V-Rod for some-time - having a difficult time closing a deal because of trying to stick to a specific budget. I found a 2016 model at this dealer and reached out to Dustin just to get pricing, thinking that there is NO WAY I'd ever be able to make a deal. Despite being in the busiest season of my industry (working 16+ hours a day) and living almost 2 hours away, Dustin worked with my via text to find a deal that worked for everyone and I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Night Rod Special.
